To Whom It May Concern,

As the CEO of a leading VR development company, I have the privilege of working with many individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. It is exceptionally rare to find someone who combines technical prowess, creative instructional abilities, and a fervent passion for leveraging virtual technologies to effect tangible, positive changes in the real world.

Craig McGonigle is such an individual. Not only is he an excellent team player and a dedicated technological innovator, but he also possesses a unique capability to both ideate and implement groundbreaking ideas. Importantly, Craig is committed to the iterative process of technology development; he continuously tests and refines his innovations based on feedback, ensuring they achieve their intended impact.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every interaction I have had with Craig and can confidently recommend him to anyone aiming to elevate their technology project to the next level.

Sincerely,

This letter is about Craig McGonigle:

I have worked Craig for several years, primarily on Oxford Medical Simulation for the ACGNP with Chamberlain. I also worked with Craig to bring in the Virtual Humans for the SWiM program and Chamberlain for both the basic and advanced groups. I have most recently been working on the RUSVM-VR project with Engage out of Ireland. We developed the basic examination component and most recently a procedure for abdominocentesis. Craig has been most instrumental in the development of this project. He even introduced to Engage a way for them to randomize the scenarios for the abdominocentesis component.

I believe Craig has worked originating with Chamberlain some eight or nine years. At any rate Craig is a highly intelligent fellow and anyone would count themselves lucky to grab him.

Regards, Charles P. (Chuck) Hutchison, DVM

Retired Professor of Anatomy and Neurology

Three years Auburn and 23 at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, St. Kitts I have over 18,500 hours of face-to-face time with students in Gross Anatomy and Neurology.

I am so pleased to confirm Craig Mcgonigle as an exceptional candidate for consideration by any employer. Craig became a colleague of mine via the mutual sale of our remote learning institutions and subsequent cross-departmental merger in 2022. Brought together to operate an Immersive Learner Experiences technology center, we worked together daily as peers in a small group of talent trained to deliver professional development opportunities to learners in virtual and mixed-reality simulation environments.

Across our department, Craig became known for his direct hands-on experience interfacing with the most important products and processes that we've got in place here at ILX. Although no longer with us, he was responsible for helping to develop so many of our upcoming projects, testing the current slate of technologies that we rely on here to develop content, circulating his knowledge about human-provided services and tooling solutions, and building a database of successful collaborative efforts across institutions. His obvious focus toward user experience improvement served as an invaluable reminder to prioritize serving our clients first and foremost as a primary objective. He stood out as an exceptional experiential learner who liked to teach and train through repetition, as well as an empathetically minded collaborator who showed dedication to both internal and external stakeholders. A model of success in his demonstration of time management skills in the workplace, he kept an absolutely pristine schedule - however, despite never demonstrating even a single instance of lateness to any event, he was somehow still flexible enough to change things around, taking care to block off time so that he could jump into new tasks quickly as needs arose. This show of dedication toward helping me and our other teammates always stood out to me as a priceless benefit to the group.

Craig has not only been an outstanding core member of our team thanks to his commitment to our organization's goals but has also been foundational to the development of our team's culture by fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and wellness. Not only has he been consistently willing to extend his support to me as a colleague, but he has also been so generous toward giving to my team of contractors with whom he partnered on various projects. We will all miss Craig here, but I know that he will rock it out wherever he ends up next! Thank you so much, Craig!
